Foray into Tumblr
I feel I’m becoming awash in that Tsunami or my Facebook feed. I need to find a better way to to both keep up with friends and let out my creativity and Facebook is not it. I came to a realization today that Facebook may not be, nor should be the end all be all of my social universe. I find myself disconnected with friends I once had a connection with because I am forced spending my time hiding poke and who interfaced with whom, then I do actually catching up with people. I really don’t care who liked who, poked what, friended it, farmed that, and so on. I could go back on livejournal and I still may use it, but at this point I think it’s a good time to start something new. I’ve been meaning to start a Tumblr but really need a reason other then “hey I have a tumblr…….let’s sort of be friends, but not really and only because you don’t actually live in my city”
So who am I
I was Bearinslc on livejournal but I moved to minneapolis so the slc has got to go.
I was Jeffincognito (guess still am) on facebook but been soured on the facebook experience for quit some time now.
So in the time honored “out with the old and make it into something new” I am
Bearinslc + Jeffincognito = Bearincognito
This is, of course, an enigma because I’ve not been incognito in anything for years and doubt I will be any time soon. But there it is, It lets people figure out it’s me, but doesn’t tie me to any particular city or whatnot. I like it and I’m gonna stick with it.
So lets make this the about me post
So the quickies.
I was born in nov,1974, that makes me 3__ (you fill in the blank cause you may be reading this a year from now , as of the time of the writing I was 36) and am from a small town in Utah. Am Ex-Mormon and I’m also Gay which to most people makes sense, if it doesn’t to you then google Mormon and gay. I like many things and do many things. On my creative side, more the reason I want this tumblr, I’m a photographer, cook and am handy. I’m expert at nothing and likes to do everything an I want a place to put all that without having to wade.
